Hello Polscy Audi friends.
First. Sorry, but I can't speak your language
I'm from Denmark, but sometimes I work in Poland. Since Danish workshop prices are crazy, I thought that maybe I could save money by getting work done on one of my trips to Poland.
My car is getting old (2008), and the car needs love.
It's an Audi A6, 2.8 engine code: BDX
The timing chain and accessories needs replacement (etc. slide rails, tensioners, gaskets). :O
I also want all four shock absorbers of the car replaced, and all four disc brakes including four sets of brake pads.
Could you guys advise me? Is it worth getting done in Poland (When I’m going anyway), and should I choose an Audi partner workshop, or could I choose any shop?
Maybe you have suggestions as to what workshop is a good choice for me? Maybe some shops specialise in the timing chains?
I am willing to drive a bit for the correct workshop.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely
Danish Audi friend.
